Back to brotien.
What was in that protein shake you made?
2 scoops of whey brotein (60g)
PB2 (18g)
1 banana
Cup of blueberries
Flex seeds
Chia seeds
Some walnuts
Fair life milk (13g)
That sounds pretty fucking tasty. I love smoothies like that. I’ll usually drop some Greek yogurt in there too for some creaminess

I think it’s a case of reduced supply sensationalizing this shit and people going :fullretard: trying to make buck selling eggs on Facebook.

My tp comparison is still the thing that makes the most sense imo

Greek yogurt is lovely. Add in some fruit and a dash of honey. Granola if you need some carbs.

I think its a bit of both. No reason to kill millions of chickens for a disease that hasn't crossed over hurting supply, and yes famine mentality. (i have huge doubts about the one guy: i saw a report that they got the positive after 50+ pcr cycles!)

That’s my post-workout meal most days. Mix a scoop of whey in there for extra brotein

How many dead bodies did you have to crawl over to get to the cooler section of the store?

I mean, this is what I see depictions of Chicago look like on the news:

Buddy of mine lives in the Chicago burbs… was in Chicago proper one time, not sure what neighborhood, but sitting out on a patio eating brunch and there was a cartel hit at the table right next to them. Dude walked up, pulled out a gun, shot a guy at the table in the back of the head execution style, then just kept walking. Buddy said it was the craziest thing he’s ever seen IRL.

I’d probably live in the burbs out there.. this was in actual Chicago in downtown or something. And the only thing he’s ever seen happen in person out there in his 15+ years of living there now. I’ve seen way more gun violence in my small hometown and then in Lancaster/Palmdale than that.

Illions is a no-go state for me, I don't even like driving through it.

Ah. I’ve only visited once. St. Patty’s day years ago. It was fine. Some cool architecture.

What else about the state don’t you like?

My family is from central Illinois. Nothing there but corn fields. Really pretty part of central America.
The corn can kill you though, so stay strapped.

Cold, murder, gun laws. I've been for work and its like ok broadly, just no desire to visit for tourism and couldn't drag me there to live.

LOL at Chicago/Illinois ignorance.

The state’s overall violent crime rate is 287 per 100,000, which is 25 percent lower than the U.S. rate of 381 per 100,000.
Illinois ranks 30th among the states for its overall crime rate, though notably, Illinois has the seventh-highest rate of robbery among all states.

The overall total property crime rate per 100,000 people in Illinois is 1,683, which is about 14 percent lower than the overall U.S. rate of 1,954 per 100,000, which puts the state in 32nd among all 50 states.

Not to mention that killer corn that :melon: referenced above.

Yep, dystopian hellhole here, best you all just stay away and stay safe.
