As mentioned taking chargers down is but not realizing that someone is severely disadvantaged when they are stuck in a 5k vehicle while paying their monthly rent in gas to get to work. Vs someone “filling up for free” at the tax payers dime at a business somewhere.
The gov should have cancelled the gas tax and given those in need gas rebates. The anger is not misplaced and the gov sucks
I have the quote in hand... talked to the sales guy and he was super chill, said I can put down a deposit for the order and would receive in October.
And yes, , you're reading that right, I'm down to pay an extra four bills for a compass.
Took all of 1/2 a day I don't understand the 's paying MARKUP. Also of your tax but that DOC FEE is pure rape. I encountered this outside of cali... we're at $80 mandated by the state for that.
An 86 does seem to require more effort/longer wait/less flexibility to get the spec desired. Allegedly the suspension is actually a slightly noticeable difference but not sure I care that much, I’d likely do suspension mods someday anyway.
The doc fee at $700 is completely standard and unavoidable here, has been for as long as I’ve been in the car market. Lame but whatever.
The tax thing also isn’t that great, 3% up front but then you’re paying the state $500/year for the privilege of owning a $30k car in addition.
A little dimple from the clip is hardly "destroyed"
And you don't see it unless the passenger folds their visor down. And who's looking for the little dimple anyway?
It’s kind of like a rock chip. I’m not going to kill myself over it but I’d prefer it not be there.

Totaled. I should part it out and then kill myself.

Absolutely. They can leave a permanent mark if there long enough. Had it happen in my e30, it sucked.

the "dimple" bothers me a bit also, but there is no way around it with certain cars. Also can we talk about the tint strip

You dimple- motherfuckers crack me up.
Re the tint strip, it came that way when I bought it. I am not a fan of it and I'll probably remove it eventually, but it does do a decent job of minimizing sun glare so .

I had been thinking about doing a homelink mirror as its supposedly just plug and play. But I just keep my opener in the sunglasses holder seeing as how no pair of sunglasses actually fit in it.

It's a bit more out of the way there.
Yep, mixing my hemlock cocktail as we speak.

Don't you find that the Mk7 sunglasses holder is bigger than the Mk6? My shades fit in the Blue Meanie just fine.

To be fair the homelink in the MBZ does not work and I have not filed a disability claim from the stress caused by my visor clip opener nor its effect upon the visor.
I couldn't get the home link in my Audi programmed either. 21 year old home link + brand new opener = nah fam
