Going to the track tomorrow
Will be going 150 MPH tomorrow
What track?
Roval. That and VIR are the only places around here where > 130 MPH happens. Roval is an interesting ride for sure. I just hope it doesn't rain as my current are low on tread and the Roval isn't kind to going off track.

Nice! Rovals are both super fun and super sketch. You'll have a blast.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

I've probably asked before but what layout do they run?

The second, no chicane. So that NASCAR back stretch, 3, and 4 are a real pucker.
Thanks for reminding me to charge it. I never end up doing anything with the footage/data.
BROlas nearing the top of 4th
Went into 5th
It was a ton of fun, I enjoyed the Roval more than I did last year to be honest. I was definitely smoother and faster too despite being on the same set of tires that is now pretty worn.

Slim chance but does anyone have a clutch master cylinder laying around? Trying to get one installed before I drive to NC in 3 weeks

5th?
Back stretch I reached about 145 max, also experimented with just leaving it in 5th through the NASCAR turns 3/4... really just need to maintain about 120-125 through there and I try to keep the RPMs lower at some points to keep temps at bay. Also, I don't mind coming down the front stretch down on power a bit as it is kind of terrifying hitting the start/finish like at 130+ then diving immediately into the road course section.

nice DGriff!
I hit the top of 5th, debated grabbing 6th in the 996 at the Glen before we added the aerokit. Shit gets moving REAL fast then.

No, sorry dude. I imagine they're pretty cheap
Yeah they're cheap but availability before next month is questionable

It is auto, but sports seats, HUD, and adjustable suspension. Impressive that there's at least 2 of ~275 in the world here in Rochester
So I noticed a belt squeal type noise from the engine bay in my car... popped the hood and I noticed that the serpentine belt had jumped over a rib on the tensioner and as such wasn't lined up quite right. I fixed this, noise went away, but I'm curious about whether this indicates an underlying issue. I think I'll order a new belt, it's likely original but it does look to be in great shape. My thoughts are either the belt stretched or the ribs have worn down over time, or maybe the tensioner spring wears over time? If it's not holding tight, that could cause it to come loose. I did notice it has a bit of vibration (the tensioner) while the car is running.

I shall keep an eye on it.
Did you have your balancer replaced?
