And that's 99% of the time I drive around here. There's no fun to be had doing that.
I'd rather just my way down the road in my big red couch.

This car guys away after Zillerman is no longer a and can move somewhere fun like East TN or West NC, then it gets swapped for N. Vroom will give him more than the car is worth and it'll be a straight trade.
Eh. There is some validity to it. Roads up here really are awful and they've only gotten worse. Johnny's commute is probably the worst out of everyone on DFD.max225 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 1:08 pmThe thing that me is the claim that you can't have a fun car on the TERRIBLE US STREETS. Nah, the cycle is "one car to do it all is so great and convenient, I can have fun daily" to "my one car to do it all isn't fun enough and I need because reasons" to "maintaining and fun car is too much, I'm selling fun thing" to " as daily with nothing else is , I must for " ... repeat.
lazy shit about not being inconvenienced to scan the road ahead etc. Also the claim that they are "fun" to DD is just plain come at me.
They are the WORST DRIVING vehicles. Period, sure they can be quiet, and you can run over a leper, but . So if you plan on just ing your way through life sure... but arguably
Acceleration
Steering feel/response
Brake feel/distance
G forces in corners
Sound
Are all key attributes to make a great "fun" car, none of which are accomplished on a not a single one, with the exception of perhaps a V8 powered behemoth with an aftermarket exhaust.

Does he have to leave the house before 4am for a 75 mile drive that would take 3 hours if he left at 5?

Rhode Island is the worst state in the nation. PA is close to Cali. But apparently 45% of our roads are poor but only 30% of PA roads are poor. Obviously there are a lot of localized concerns... He lives in the shitty center or close to it. I frankly wouldn't drive through that. I work in the city and I refuse to drive in.
I try my best not to take the into philly. It's brutal.max225 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 2:27 pmRhode Island is the worst state in the nation. PA is close to Cali. Some rough surfaces here and there but none of the frost heaves, lunar craters, or bottomless pits like we have in PA/NJ.
Come visit.
Take the pay area s on a tour of all the bombed out roads PA and NJ have to offer.

A fun car isn't fun if you can't drive it in a fun manner.
It's like having a super hot chick but only getting handys and she stops right before

Vehicular blue balls.
I'd rather just find some other way to get my rocks off.

CA is like everywhere else, the interstates are maintained pretty well, city secondary streets are shit, back roads are generally pretty good due to low use. The San Fernando Valley has some of the shittiest roads I've seen (number one spot goes to Detroit, Chris took me to some areas with potholes bigger than the Detroit Lambo). But despite the Valley being flat, you couldn't really rock a there as you'd high center and bottom out in the drainage ditches in the middle of the fucking intersections.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 2:28 pmCan’t speak for the pay area but SoCal roads seemed pretty sweet to me when I was there in July.
