really wanted white. Was her top color choice. Said it's "timeless"
I really like it especially with the painted roof option. Looks really upscale for a Wrangler.

I find white the easiest to keep clean...especially compared to black. Doesn't show dust and hides pinstripes really well.

BTW, she claims it's named "Beep beep the Jeep Jeep"..."Beebeep" for short.
Just drove it. Really 5/7. Love the 2.0 hybrid. The torque from a stop is

This is why I tend to stick with silver and white on my vehicles. They always look good and then look insane when you wash them.[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Aug 30, 2019 8:40 pmThis. White is easy to keep clean. Looks great from 20 feet away.
Granite crystal does a great job of hiding road grime though, will say.

Ok thanks. That would have been a neat feature. Maybe?CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2019 3:57 pmNot on this roof. The soft top lets you slide out those window panels.

Probably catches a fuck ton of air[user not found] wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2019 5:58 pmThe retractable roof allows you to remove the side panels.
Looks weird.
I found the “white is easy to keep clean” thing to be overrated. My white GTI always looked filthy within a couple days of a wash. My red Civic and blue cars have stayed cleanest looking between washes. Black is definitely the worst though.
White looks on this though.

Yep, had a porte cochere over the side door, had to tear it down for the garage demo, cement trucks, etc. It wasn't in the best shape anyway, we're going to have it rebuilt when the garage is done. It's a simple and rather cheap structure.

Weird. The only other white vehcile I've had was my E30. I found it almost never looked dirty...then when I'd wash it, it'd look awesome. It just slowly got grungier looking, but nowhere near as bad as my other darker colored cars.D Griff wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2019 8:26 am I found the “white is easy to keep clean” thing to be overrated. White on the JL really does look upscale, we'll see how it stays clean. Debating doing CQuartz on it.
is absolutely smitten with the JL. She won't even let me drive it. I've never seen her this excited about a car. She wants a personalized plate, but doesn't know what it is yet. I'm pushing for JLWAGEN but she said "that's a car nerd thing". I'm sure it'll be of some sort.
