I go back and forth with caffeine. I've been in spurts where I drink 5+ cups of coffee a day and barely feel anything other than shakes, etc. Now I'm down to one cup in the morning. Gets me a good BM in the AM and I'm good. Nice wake up, no shaking after.

Only time I’ll do it is the long drives. That’s all. Lol[user not found] wrote: ↑Sat Apr 21, 2018 10:58 am I only use caffeine when I need it. Extremely long drives, sometimes, and if I've been up too late the night before.

False. Caffeine constricts your blood vessels which is he exact opposite of what you want during a workout. Vasodialation = more blood in your muscles = more nutrients in your muscles = more gainzZz.Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Sat Apr 21, 2018 12:39 amYoure missing out on serious gainz if you arent taking 5 scoops before a workout.

It's a new optical insurance my company offered this year. I think it's called Eye Med or Dearborn National or something like that.Calvinball wrote: ↑Sat Apr 21, 2018 5:15 pmWho do you have insurance with?wap wrote:Just came back from the eye doc. Washed the ZR2.
It's actually easy to wash and doesn't seem to hold water forever afterwards, causing waterspots.

Weightlifters research everything fully. And there are a million pre workouts on the market. Clearly they’re right and you are wrong.SAWCE wrote: ↑Sat Apr 21, 2018 7:29 pmFalse. Today I will be trying for a good 7-8 mile run, and we’re planning on going out for lunch.

It’s really quite simple:
Dump 6k of inequity into an FCA product like a 300 or Ram or something. Triple check you have GAP insurance.
Sit in amazement as it all goes up in flames on the side of the road one morning on the way to work.
