Starting to get into really doing some home improvement/sprucing up during the quarantine, so I figure I'd start tracking it somewhere.
First a little bit of background!
The

dates back to the year of our lord Eighteen Hundred and Sixteen. It was the homestead of a regionally-known gunsmith named Leonard Reedy.
See link below if you're a history buff and want to know more.

and I bought the house in 2013 and it had a down-to-studs remodel by the previous owners as there was not even running water in the house as of 2001. There were certainly some corners cut as we have discovered over the last seven years, but it was nice that nearly everything was replaced within 10 years of us buying the house, including a metal roof.
Specs:
2200-ish square feet.
3 beds
3.25 baths (Full upstairs, shower on first floor, toilet in middle of basement floor)
Oversized 2 car garage with second story
Fenced yard
It might be in the middle of nowhere, but it certainly comes with a lot more than we'd have been able to afford in civilization.
While writing this, I realized I have zero photos of the front of the house, so enjoy this view from my porch.
