I'd do it. I want 6MT AWD as my next car, so I'm basically golf R, WRX/STI or something like this.

Seeing as I like low car insurance payments, a Countryman would be ideal.

I really was underwhelmed by the Clubman we had as a loaner last week.
Or you could get a golf Sportwagen for 10k less
That's not a bad idea, and i'll do a stage 1 on that 1.8t

Car is looking good. It was a nice day though, should have gone door-less.

Probably gonna get too cold after this weekend, though.
[user not found], how bad is the OEM R56 roof rack install? I was looking at my roof today and I think that's probably the best/safest way to go. Oddly enough also cheaper than getting feet/fit kit for a Thule setup. :scrooge:

Plus, looks like the OEM setup is rated for 160ish pounds so I could find a way to toss some tires up there for track days in the future. :notbad:

What do you need for the Thule rack? The rubber pad or the whole tower thing?

The whole tower thing with fit kit. New it's $300 for the tower and fit kit. :disappoint:

I just happen to have a spare set of crossbars for Thule, along with 2 bike trays already.

I might as well sell you an entire garage. I have the towers, too.

:mindblown: Do you know what model the towers are? Curious about getting the right fit kit.

Mines coming off lease soon. Or sooner if the price is right.

Notbad really. Probably ahead in market value.

Not at all. Considering you'll only have like 20k miles on it maybe?

Just broke 7k miles in 11mo. Might only have 15k when it goes back.

Solid deal, imo.

Oh right, you're on a 2 year lease. :impressive:

$28k for a nice truck with only 15k miles. :notbad:

$28k for a 2 year old truck with decent content and less than 20k miles. If ZR2 wasn't a thing, I'd consider buying it.
