We paid a company to move us last time and it was great. Had to box everything up and purge but they did all the lifting. Worth it.

Yep, we will get movers... whatever the rule about not asking people over 30 to help you move feels applicable. I wouldn't mind helping with heavy lifting, honestly boxing up is my least favorite part.

Closing on 8/1, going to move I think the following weekend, will be getting the current pad listed stat. We are going to try the renting it out thing, hopefully they don't destroy our house. I feel like at $2500/month you must generally get decent quality individuals. It's a great setup for a couple or people with one kid, not great for roommates, so that should work out well too.

17.5 MPG, mostly highway.
PP towed really well, TOW mode disables VCM, so running on all 6 the whole time.
Backing up is really easy with a shorter vehicle, and the additional cameras are really nice.

Jeremy uses this guy and he seems pretty legit. You can set a threshold on issues you want to hear about - like if you just want him to deal with anything sub $300, you don't hear about it other than your monthly statement where it gets deducted.

He had his pristine 90s F-150 that he sold to his brother. He has his daily ecoboost late 2010s crew cab w/ long bed as his daily (that he doesn't drive daily). He has his work F-150 that he drives to the office and job sites every day. His Platinum F-250 diesel is for towing the camper?

I always gave my wife's brother shit because he drove a Ford Fusion, but I had a Lightning. I was the son his dad never had, because I joined the Ford Truck family. He just bought a Ranger Raptor last week, so now his father can finally accept him.

I don’t want to worry about anything. I don’t want to be called, and I don’t know what makes a good tenant. He does all that, which I think is half the value.

I am genuinely curious how much the passenger seat has to move up to fit the rear facing baby seat. If possible can you snag a pic of the position?
And like can you sit in front of your kid (you not the wife). Or are your legs touching the dash at that point and you're in a fetal position?

Kinda cool that car still works in a pinch! That can't be said for corvettes , miatas etc.

I can look for or grab pics. On the bolded, hell no. Wife road in it once with the baby in the back, like four miles round trip to dinner, she was completely jammed in there, legs basically sideways and still in the dash with the seatback vertically upright, she is about 5'5". It's basically one or the other.
