That first one is pretty good. Second has cool prodrive wheels but other curious things that would make me pass. Blacked out tail lights, shift knob change, the Mickey rain guards. These get absolutely beat to shit so id be careful about a used one.D Griff wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 9:01 am I'm still waffling:

Also a limited would really be ideal. They get the more adjustable seat bases. I had a hard time getting the seat adjusted correctly and it would have been much better on the limited that allows you to adjust the front height of the seat base.

The first one has aftermarket tails, that's a major red flag, especially considering the second one is just some overlays.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 9:11 amThat first one is pretty good. The shift knob in the second is terribad but overall it looks pretty not fucked with. The Prodrive wheels are especially nice since they're now discontinued.

I don't find the Fauxcaros to be meaningfully different than the base seats. In an ideal world I'd want to replace either one with some Recaro Sportsters CSs or GTs, and if I'm going to that, the base seats would be easier since they don't have the power mechanism. It's too bad the performance edition Sportster CSs were a limited run, it's like they were made specifically for the VA STi.

The first one is pretty dope!D Griff wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 9:01 am I'm still waffling:

Oh wow nevermind I’d pass on this too. Aftermarket tails and that stupid flashing 4th brake light, budget cooper tires, fart cannon exhaust, plus the dealers mandatory $2k lifetime car wash package.Melon2.0 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 11:27 amThe first one is pretty dope!D Griff wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 9:01 am I'm still waffling:

Probably worth an extra $7K to have 35K fewer miles and less time to be fucked with.coogles wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 1:47 pm Dammit Griff, you've got me looking at STis again. BRB, flying to Florida.

I think at this point I'm either:

The new WRX was tempting but I think the interior with that vertical iPad is just too

Civic Si is full seppuku. Slanty H N I would consider with major cash on the hood, but then I wouldD Griff wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 4:04 pmI think at this point I'm either:keeping the Supra or the contenders would be STI, Civic Si, Slanty H N, Golf R or GTI.

The Euro stuff is tempting but I don't really want to fuck with maintenance.

Savagegeese did a recent video on the tS and they were pretty happy with it. Didn't realize how pricy it isD Griff wrote: ↑Wed Apr 30, 2025 4:04 pmI think at this point I'm either:keeping the Supra or the contenders would be STI, Civic Si, Slanty H N, Golf R or GTI.
