best thing to maybe do is to.... not do any of that. I know it's your living and all with kid on the way, but.... maybe get everyone together and just refuse those terms, and be willing to walk. bold, but powerful. DIY union shit.

Love the idea but probably not worth it. The company has made it clear where they stand. This was also determined by new company that just bought us, so grassroots union is probably a bad idea, they’ll just write us off. I have to say I’d be somewhat amused if they fired actual people who do things.
I’m trying to focus on a few things:
1. Apply elsewhere/ look out for other opportunities
2. Meantime, care less. I’ll sit back and play their

‘KPI’ game, try to not interact with the turd and not worry about the commission suffering. Fortunately the salary is pretty good on it’s own so I’m done trying too hard
3. Focus on good stuff in life outside of work
