:jelly:

I haven't had Taco Bell in over a week
I had it a month or two ago, I’d been craving a cheesy Gordita crunch and gave in one Saturday.

Still haven't been to a restaurant since March and really have no desire to do so. Had 2 takeout pizzas and that's it in over 3 months now.

I feel like I am constantly doing dishes, but other than that :thisisfine:
Dude explain leftover nachos. Do you mean leftover beef, cheese, etc that you combine and re-heat? Cuz otherwise it would be a soggy mess. :disgust:
Think outside of the box. Err, microwave.

Reheat in the oven.

What I've never understood is how you end up with leftovers. I always finish nachos. The wife and I split an order from this brewery here in FL recently. They are supposed to be an app, but works out as a :scrooge: dinner option as that's all we ate.

I’ve never had leftover nachos from a restaurant/brewery, but when making my own at home I’ve filled an entire 9x13” baking sheet with just about a full bag of tortilla chips and then added all my toppings and only ate like half of that in a sitting before tapping out.

Yeah I do the same thing. A whole bag of chips, a pound of meat, and 1.5 pounds of cheese. I eat them with extra chips and salsa too and the full pan ends up using 2 full bags of chips total.

I just did the :math: and my nachos are just under 7500 calories... not including drinks. :fatty:

So yeah, I generally split it into 6 servings for a mere 1200ish calories each.

My fatass with no self control would eat the whole pan in one sitting, better to just make enough for one serving for me. Normally though, I just make a bowl and dip the chips in it.

Yeah some baked nachos are sounding good right now.

Troy, do you use a taco seasoning on the beef when you cook it before adding it to the nachos?

That is indeed what I use.

In KY I used chorizo which is already seasoned but nobody sells that here.

They're really pretty 5/7. Good products, good prices. Cheap milk, cereal, Greek yogurt, and eggs. Lots of :neat: things from Europe like cheeses and whatnot. No frills :doe: You have to bag or box your own shit. :whocares: I've been to a couple of Aldi's in Europe and they're almost identical to here, even down to the same floor tiles.

Every time I've gone there are piles of busted food boxes, cardboard, shipping materials, etc all over the floor.

I use the bulk Taco seasoning container from Costco. Good flavor, not so salty.

We look for less salty stuff, too. Fortunately, Aldi has low sodium seasoning packets, too.

I always get my breakfast burrito from the taco stand on my street with bacon, but I should try it with their chorizo.
