Company to announce our Coronavirus policy tomorrow. Spoke with a few in HR and it'll basically be WFH with manager's approval (more likely in areas where we have a footprint and the outbreak is a bit higher).

Yeah pretty good for the most part. My parents are in SC now and aged 60/65, being full-blown boomers. Word is 100% out and about and not exactly accepted by them, but it also isn’t condoned either. Look I totally get their perspective and I honestly can’t fault them. Nothing actually bad though. As for my close friends, it has made us a lot closer than before. I’ve had to cut a couple people out but honestly that’s a part of life for everyone at some point. Definitely took 2-3 years of internal processing to get my head screwed on right, I’d say I’m doing well at this point. Pretty much nothing different, same old bs

Not much has changed at this place, most of us have gotten about 30% more bitter, jaded, and grumpy, that's about it.
