Yep... the Oregon setup is not great. NJ is better in my experience and the prices seem to be lower than other states in the areas up there where gas is pretty

I try to maintain that strategy. Sometimes I get busy or lazy and forego the refuel at that mark, though.

Yeah, they allow you to adjust the following distance but all are too far for a traffic commute. The thing is, everyone in the magazine reviews raves about it with full stop/go, but they must be the type that leaves a 10 car gap in the commute and makes everyone behind them

It's already dark out now. I'll have to get some another day. The seats, wheel, shifter are pretty much perfect. Everything else looks good and feels... OK to me, not soft enough for most forumbros

Stereo has apple/android capabilities and the touchscreen is responsive, I haven't set it up yet to try. I prefer using the phone directly but I'll give AA a shot. The sound quality itself is not great, maybe a little better than the mazda3 but it's super tinny. Stereo is the most likely thing to get modded eventually. It's easier to fix that than to fix handling or seating.

My R3 doesn’t, and I thought it ran the same firmware that the R7 runs?

You know, it took a little getting used to the Uniden coming from using a V1 since the 90's... I tried a couple of the high end Escorts a few years ago and hated them. Now that I am used to the R7 when I get in the cars with the V1s (R and JL) I feel like I'm using an outdated turd. I think I need at least one more R7.

It's too nice that we were the only white privilage bois driving fairly new VW eggs that are clean, no dents nor mismatched body panels. Oh and the roads felt more like we were in MOAB!
