Bosslady called me up from Charlotte to let me know I should be expecting my biggest bonus payout yet. It may be sent out this week so she wanted to tell me before I saw it hit my account.
And raises are being finalized on Friday so hopefully some good news there too...

Not sure if this is a good or a bad thing, but I signed up as a pit crew guy for some locals' Lemons race team.
Tool guy has arrived.

Miata Kart is their theme. Basically like Mario Kart 64. I'm going to likely see if I can cut some graphics for it as well.
But going to pack up a shit ton of tools and my quick jack. My friend that's co-driving is an airplane mechanic, and apparently he was the only one that can really do mechanical work and diagnose/fix problems. Other guys did a decent job on the roll cage (even tho it's a preordered kit), but the leader's dad did all the welding.
So I came in to hopefully help keep it running with my friend, and get a taste for it with minimal commitment to see if I wanna build my own car with some local guys. These are mainly Baton Rouge people (1hr east of me).
I think Lemons is the perfect opportunity to bring some Airboat lyfe into the game. REP'N HARD.
If I can throw in some DFD I will

My kid cranked out a 1500 on her first SAT attempt. Only missed two on the math section. Proud of her.

My daughter practically aced the Verbal but (somewhat) tanked the math...... we are going to invest in one of the courses for her to get that up.....Desertbreh wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 4:43 pmSadly, The math prowess either came from her mother or skipped a gen with me.
