I've actually met her/worked around her quite a bit. Her and Denny Hamlin are the two big dick bags of NASCAR drivers, everyone else was cool.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 1:47 pmI don't hit the TMZ for these deets. Which one clears itself? It was present in the morning and gone now.razr390 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 5:07 pmCEL is emissions related. First check the code but it would probably be:Tarspin wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 4:35 pm Camry is scheduled to arrive 1/29-2/08, a little reminder from the Aar that nothing is made to last forever. I'll probably connect my ross-tech and scan this tomorrow to see what it needs.
I did my homework, and will be throwing the original tail lights back on, curious to see what i can sell these Euros with harness for. I'll probably pay a muffler shop to switch the exhaust back to stock , I just don't feel like climbing under the car and predict that anything with clamps is rusted solid. The Remus should fetch a decent buck or two.
1. Spark plugs
2. Ignition coils
3. Fuel injectors

It won’t allow it to go fully dead. It reaches a low threshold and then begins to operate as a hybrid. So it basically gets hybrid MPG at worst. A low of somewhere around 40 is about what I’d expect.max225 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 12:39 pmOnce the battery is dead it’s ice only why the bell would it get 39mpgTarspin wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 12:11 pm
Come on.... 20mpgs Who posted the video of it doing 39mpg without battery charge?
Either way, the battery does regen doesn't it? It'll still kick in on the freeway IRL, boosting power during the times you need acceleration for passing, etc. It's not as terrible as it is painted to be...
Saying this though, I'm totally good with their basic hybrid package, and it'll get better as they are experimenting with newer battery types and are already putting it into the base Camry LE Hybrid. Seems to bring the combined from 47 to 52 mpg or something. That's pretty darn good IMO

Mmhmm Yea... I was basically saying once that thing runs out of juice you're running a brick with 700lbs of extra battery+motor shit through the freeways. And it runs out of juice in 20 miles. A 4 prime has 2.5x the E range and is far better... I think it was tested in the 30s on the highway sans battery.

Dealer thinks the time-lines won't change too much, I'm ok with end of Jan, beginning of Feb but I'll probably be paying that $0.20 / km of depreciation by then, since I'm only 500km away from the 149k kms they set trade value to. I'm considering the mileage charge a small rental fee, and who knows I'll probably post the car up privately for the last two weeks of ownership and see if i can get more cash back that way. My wife and i have been trading cars, and I've been driving the Touareg for longer distances... But she does state her discontent with the arrangement, so the sooner, the better.
Shit, what'd I miss around here.

Yeah i need to do up a little write up, this is my alternate to kamfy couch LS460. It's spectacular on gas, well suited for long drives to work and the rental property, and brand spanking new. The will be missed, but I'm getting more then 50% of OTD cost back by trading it in before it crosses over the 100k mark.
I think that the Camry Hybrid is ideal for my needs and is a good look at work, especially since Toyota is my biggest custy by a long shot.

I specifically asked for the dents to be preinstalled. 2022 Camry Hybrid SE Upgrade (moon roof/dimming mirror/headed wheel and some additional bs). Celestial silver metallic on some vegan dark grey/black pleather with cloth insert heated seats. I need to for the next few years and this move will save me a few bucks on fuel (2k/yr) and VW related repairs.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 11:08 amBeen too busy looking around, I guess.
Did Tarspin spec the Toyota Exclusive premium bumper dent package?
Here are the dents pictured in the color of choice:
In Hybrid form, it is also known as a Cammie.[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 10:41 am...wait, you're getting a Camry?Tarspin wrote: ↑Mon Dec 06, 2021 6:20 pm
