I received stab two this morning at 8 AM. So far so good, no issues. I did partake in a weight lifting session after, so curious to see if that has any impact on soreness.

I’m scheduled for my first Pfizer shot on Tuesday afternoon.

So I received my second Pfizer stab on Friday morning as noted. It started off as par for the course, sore arm getting more and more sore throughout the day. I hit a weight lifting session after my shot, talking to the nurses, they actually said stimulating the muscle is a good move post shot.

So, we had plans to go out to a patio bar with my parents that evening to celebrate my birthday. Before the dinner, I started feeling really tired and had a bit of a headache. I toughed it out and cured it with a few beers. Come Saturday morning, my arm (and everything I had worked out) was more sore than usual, I slept poorly because of it. Well, I went out for a group bike ride Saturday morning, and despite being slower than my usual pace, it was rather tough for me. I ended up totally exhausted from a ride that normally would've been I continued to feel sore in the muscles I had worked out and a bit lethargic all weekend. I also slept fairly poorly ( if due to the vaccine).

Anyway, feeling a-OK today and pumped up to be vaccinated.

I completed a 6-11 shift at the vaccination clinic this morning and think I may sign on for some more shifts down the line as I've really enjoyed it. Four more "mandatory" ones that I've already committed to, 6-11 every Monday morning.

Moderna:
4 total.
2 peeps with very minimal reactions
2 with fatigue, soreness, and significant body aches beginning the evening of the 2nd shot and progressing to the point where one didn't come into work and the other one left early (these are both coworkers).

Pfizer:
9 total.
3 zero reaction.
3 minimal to moderate (headache, fatigue) I include myself here. I haven't had a headache yet, but do feel a bit fatigued the morning after.
1 fairly bad, starting with elevated heart rate and progressing the next day to a full day of extreme fatigue, significant body pain, cold sweats, headache. Totally fine by the third day.
1 (bossbro) VERY BAD. Got it Monday morning, didn't come back to work. Came in Tuesday but left early feeling very fatigued, achy, etc. Stayed home yesterday and today so far.
1 needed 1 day off feeling fatigued and some soreness. Came back to work second day mostly fine.

One-and-done J&J:
1 total. Extreme fatigue for almost 24 hours (described as like being on Nyquil all day). Came back to work the next day.

I just looked at the data, my temperature is about 100F and my resting heart rate is 80-90 bpm today vs 50-60 normally.

Based on my :sceince: sample size of 1, a female coworker, she had tachycardia for several hours, plus elevated temp, sweats, body aches, bad headache, etc, for almost a day and was mostly fine the next day.

Based on my :sceince: sample size of 1, a female coworker, she had tachycardia for several hours, plus elevated temp, sweats, body aches, bad headache, etc, for almost a day and was mostly fine the next day.

The headache is the biggest problem for me now, it's been slowly building since this morning. Can't really sleep but have been alternating between laying in bed and sitting on the couch all day.

The wife had almost no reaction.
