decent! basement all to myself, but low ceiling so I have to do seated press and lat pulldown. Hopefully prices have come back down a bit. Covid pricing for free weights was absolutely nutty. Plates that were normally $1-2/lb were selling for $4-5/lb.

I really have time anymore , getting some lifting in at home is quite convenient and allows more time for riding my bikes.
