Pretty much like that... I went Ham in canyons to test out my tires last week, already showing some wear on the outside...

I've had the freedom panels off the JT for weeks. It's nice to just go for a drive and get the fresh air, but I don't do it that much lately.

About once a week. Drove to a neighboring town to get Allison's bike from CL guy, drove to MTB trails once, mostly just riding to the trails closer to home.
I try to brap around a bit on my occasional trips. Once the C5 is up and running (hopefully this weekend) I may do a point a to point a trip to the mountains.

We've turned into a total police state as of yesterday. It is ILLEGAL to go to a dogpark.
Bike rides/walks aren't ALLOWED, unless there is some sort of "essential" activity tied to it. And not murdering your sig other, is NOT ESSENTIAL.

They are claiming this is what is keeping the California death/infection rates way down, we turned into a police state far quicker than new york who was 1-2 weeks behind... and that's why the Spike is happening there now.

It's really the only way to stop the spread.
Here, it's mostly life as normal...except people give you dirty looks if you don't cross the street when walking towards someone.
We're probably

Loden is a Chicago-based company.

Come to think of it, I once saw a Kia Optima with this badge on it and was confused:
I still don't get the point
I had no idea.
Edit:
Although, the old emblem is still on their website.

Nothing to stop us. Federal lands are still open. Wife even called the local field office to confirm.
It's a gray area.
The governor's "executive order" said no travel that isn't essential. But "essential" is subjective, so everyone just said and didn't change much.
The only way to make people stop going places is to explicitly make it illegal with fines/penalties. I suspect we'll get there eventually because Detroit and my county is proving to be a bit of a hotbed.

It’s cause and effect. We’re two weeks ahead of y’all ... but no one listens and starts getting fucked because “rules don’t apply to me”Detroit wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 1:14 pmNothing to stop us. Federal lands are still open. Wife even called the local field office to confirm.

My friend in Brooklyn was jogging until last week because it’s an “essential activity” now sitting at home

Population density is a big one too. You guys, LA, NYC, etc...much easier for it to spread fast than where we are.max225 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 1:20 pmIt’s cause and effect. Dude have you looked at sf numbers ? Dense af, few cases, same goes for South Korea, Singapore.
There is no reason for New York to be as bad as it is
I have no interest in indoor cardio or the on it. Seems like an awesome company/thing, but just not for me.
I don't see how jogging outside where I live would present any risk to me or anyone else. I am never within even 15 feet of anyone.

SF was more proactive, just like S Korea and Singapore.

Because few have common sense to begin with.

No work = vacation to a lot of people.
Trail use has skyrocketed. I've stopped using the SRT (main multipurpose trail that connects center city to a lot of surrounding parks) because of crowding. A lot of my cycling friends have been texting back and forth in group chat saying the parks are crawling with people. And the city just took down a shitload of bsaketball rims because so many people were using them for games.
Same thing here... green ways are like a mall on Black Friday, gotta stay the hell away. But the roads are empty and great for riding/jogging. MTB trails aren't super crowded.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Wed Apr 01, 2020 1:45 pmhttps://www.phillyvoice.com/philly-cycl ... -covid-19/
