I followed the links on Spamhaus, which is the link the forum provided in the notice that my IP was flagged. I use Stopforumspam, it's possible that IP is in their database.
I've submitted a removal request.
Thanks for the submittal. I followed the emailed link and it said it could be a few hours to clear.

My phone got flagged "in the SBL" for some reason. When I attempt to remove the flag, it asks for a hostname and email address (that's not @gmail, @yahoo, etc) that I have no idea how to get past.
