My car was also delivered in the dark... kind of unideal to take delivery but once it was washed looked brand new in the daylight. I’m sure the Mini will as well, car is :tits:

I also don’t understand one more thing, the car had no gas in it at all, I filled up 11.9 gallons for a 11.6 gallon tank :wtf: is it customary to empty a gas tank before transport ?

Thankfully I am close to gas station.

Not like I can do anything about it either way :aintcare: it doesn’t look like it received any transport damage outside of bugs. The way this has been going everything would have been my fault anyways.

Car is essentially 95% factory fresh. Interior is 100% perfect, exterior has 2 small dings, and I removed a surface scratch with McGuire’s.

The main issue is the stripes, they have some etching from what looks like dirt and bird poo. Not a big deal :doe:

I am quite happy with the condition, sight unseen 2500 miles away etc.

It’s everything I had hoped for and then some. Color/option combo is likely going to be one of a kind or close to it. These things are super hard to find as such.

I am :notsure: when I can post driving impressions as I can’t legally drive it. I didn’t get temp tags or anything.

The previous owner was named Jonathan, and under him the car averaged 31.7 mpg :impressive:

I took it for a 2 mile spin to make sure everything works and it does. Nothing broken, no rattles or squeaks etc

I wonder if Jonathan was the one to take the new Civic Sport hit in depreciation. That's :mindblown: bad.

The msrp was 44.6k, these have are most 3k on the hood and there is no way he got more than 20k on this trade... 25-27k gone in 21.6k miles ... more than $1 per mile ... cars are an expensive hobby.

Ironically this will continue to be pretty expensive for me as well as this car goes to $0 rather quickly

:dillerman: update.

Called finance guy (Hugo)who hasn't responded since thursday left another VM
Called sales person (Caila) this am who hasn't responded in 24 hrs
Called main line, asked to speak to Accounting/Title. Was told no one was in. Was transferred to manager, who was ANNOYED to hear from me and told me "they are on a skeleton crew due to hurricane, but surprisingly busy with customers" :yeahok: buddy I am a customer too, and I need my shit finalized, he also told me that my finance guy is out.
However he did say he will reach out to my salesperson (Caila) who was in the office but apparently ignoring my phone calls.
5 min later call from Caila:
"Hugo (finance person), is out of the office and the paperwork is not with him, but me and my manager will have an update for you first thing tomorrow morning"
me
"ok, give me a call then, I need to get the documents for the vehicle for registration"
:wtf: this is just completely stupid at this point.
More habachi awaits.
3 phone calls got me fucking no where... Not that they take too much time, but it is "no ones responsibility" apparently, to complete the sale.
