FWIW I think them giving me and my wife money is absolutely ridiculous. But hey, if you can't beat 'em...

The intent is you take said money and inject it back to the local economy by buying things.

Yeah, I won't be doing that. I'll be hoarding it into a massive pile in the middle of my living room.
I want my $1200 as a pool of pennies. :scrooge:

May actually order some food tonight, pay it forward.

My March 2020 sales are higher than March 2019, so not :doomed: just yet.

We're rich enough to get zero. But now that my wife is now laid off indefinitely, we'd be eligible for the full amount now. Guess recent actions don't matter. :lolol:

Whatever. We don't need the money, we would have just spent every dime of it on the local economy keeping our favorite spots afloat.

Probably too rich to qualify for much unemployment. No idea how it works, will need to find out.

yea, there are many that won't get help that could use it. Like if my wife worked closer to full time we'd be in the gray earnings wise, but she's already 'furloughed' and won't be seeing paychecks for a minute. If we were stupid and overleveraged...it would be bad news.
