I dont have a car tool kit short of stock and some emergency stuff[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Jan 23, 2019 1:22 pmProbably gonna run the northern section backwards, since the south section is likely very waterlogged. May be bypassing some of the crossings depending on depth.
Meetup location: Vincentown Wawa (4 NJ-72, Vincentown, NJ 08088)
Reminder on what to bring:
- Walkie talkies
- Recovery gear if you have it (strap, shackles, etc.)
- Small toolkit

Also, check your spare tire air pressure and make sure the mechanism works if you need to lower it.

7.5" ground clearance is cuck.[user not found] wrote:I mean, TBH - the Rav4 does have a center diff lock. It'd get you a lot farther than you'd expect, you'd just have to be careful with the exhaust piping underneath.
Buuuuuuut I probably wouldn't recommend it. You'd be scraping/bottoming out in places.
Yea, im going to. I had to borrow a 7/18 wrench from a friend recently to install the dead pedal... My home tool kit had a lot less than i expected for cars. Thnx for now tho[user not found] wrote: ↑Wed Jan 23, 2019 2:59 pmA standard mini tool kit is always good to have in your car. I've got enough tools regardless, but it's not a bad idea to start building your own.

think I'm pretty much set for tomorrow, only issue is I put it in 4wd today just for shits, and the hubs are still locked after going back to 2wd and reversing. Havent had this happen before...idk if its vacuum or electric. Not sure if this is going to be an issue going to and from the trail tomorrow. I did hack off that bracket doe.

Gaia did not want to play nicely just running off WiFi. Going to pick up a Bluetooth gps puck to correct that.
Haven’t found a good mount solution for my iPad mini yet though.

Looks like it was fun. Shame I couldn't make it with the toy Jeep.
Sweet, I'll touch up and keep in mind for next shots. Still fairly new to editing, so I appreciate the feedback![user not found] wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 10:58 am Jakob, nice shots - just a bit dark/contrasty if I had to make a critique. Maybe pull the vignette back a touch, too.
But glad to see another perspective other than my own.
