Also, heard something through the grapevine. That major OT work I mentioned would start mid January? Apparently now starting Jan 4th, which is my birthday, and I'm on the org chart for it.
I'll get 2 weeks off and then right back into it, goodbye life until April.

Won't be hour-for-hour that's for sure. It'll be some pre-set amount.

Is what it is. There is always a debate with management on how we should pay OT for these events and I don’t know why we don’t just have one policy and follow it. It’s retarded.
