What the fuck is happening?! I didn't think this was my car until it was. It's so loud! Fuck! It seems like it got slower when I accelerated. Saw check engine light blink a few times. Ugh, fuck! I can't afford this now.
I listened to this...piston slapping? rod knock? fuck help.

Shit. That sounds seriously not good. Check your oil. Make sure they remembered to fill it. Any puddles under the car?

Turn the engine off, check oil, call for a tow back to the diller.
DO NOT DRIVE IT.
I was really close to my parking garage so I made it there to park my car safely. Calling AAA in the morning to get it towed. Is it okay to start it and just drive it out of the garage to get on the tow truck?

Not trying to be a dick man, really want this to end well for you. If they fucked up, they need to make it right. Have you called the dealership? Leave a message if they're closed.

Yeah, I already called them. I'm calling AAA early in the morning. VW confirmed they will have a loaner for me. Already emailed my boss/coworkers for someone to take my early shift.

I know it sounds bad.Really bad. If it's the engine idk what to do. I can't afford that replacement. Doesn't even have 70,000 miles on it.

I had an engine issue worse than yours to the point where I couldn’t start the car, I still have the invoice and can post later if y’all want deeds. You probably need a certain component to be replaced as opposed to a whole engine replacement.

How are they gonna tow my car? It's in a garage with columns and stuff. And then cars they have to avoid when exiting the garage? (Once they exit, there will be a car parked on each side of the road, so they will have to corner it or something. Nervous about that.

tow drivers work miracles. I had them pull an AWD 911 Turbo S out of a parking garage in Philly no problems.
