Our therapist suggested we get a poster board and put it one the wall. On it we would do a running count of favors that we have done for each other that we feel need to be "paid back".

Why do I think that would never be equal?

Oh, right. Because I'm marries and know how this works.
Poster board so far.....

Wife accomplishment: all laundry washed folded and returned to drawers.

My accomplishment: no dirty underwear left on the kitchen floor

UGH

Nobody on Amazon waits 3 months to review a product, they plug it in, it lights up, 5 stars!

Srsly does anyone have a recommendation on a cable modem that doesn't suck the dong?
I would very seriously consider something made by Motorola. My previous Surfboard modem lasted forever, and I would probably still be using it if I hadn't forgotten it in my apartment in California 5 years ago.

I'm on a Motorola Surfboard now for the last 5 years that's been bulletproof. Looks like they don't make the surfboard anymore, but maybe something like this?

Arris bought Motorola. So I essentially bought a new Motorola Surfboard, which I thought was a good call because I had literally zero issues in 12-13 years with my prior Motorola Surfboard.

Slept like shit last night. In bed just after 10, didn't fall asleep until after 1130. Wanted to snooze when my alarm went off, but I had to pee too bad to fall back asleep, so I peed then took the dogs out. Definitely gonna try to nap on my lunch break today.

No, the stuff is legit items. Right now the most popular are golf clubs and dyson vacuums. It's nearly amazon levels of selection. I may just convert my points to an Amazon gift card...I have enough to get $250. :notbad:

I had no clue about any of this until someone told me I was in the top 3 most recognized for the month.
I didn't know what that meant until I went in the system. :mindblown:
That is pretty cool, gotta say. Just seems odd to me.
Totally. Seems like a thing that :millennial: s need. I’m concerned because I find it oddly gratifying. I don’t want to be :crang:

I’d rather live in a world where doing a good job means not getting fired, but whatever. It does feel :notbad:

So self-employment? That's how I roll and I like it a lot. If you're good, you do well, if not you're broke.

I picked up a bosch hand held sander, it has a rectangle base and not as effective as this looks, but it was really cheap. Opened at the depot for $30. It's done the majority of the heavy lifting and what i am doing by hand i use 80 grit. Seems to be going a lot better. Another one of those projects that I put aside unfinished.

I wish I had a skill that would lend itself to self-employment. Alas, I’m only valued by big corps.

Bought a cable modem for $60 or whatever. If it breaks it breaks I just hope it lasts 6 months. It uses a Broadcom chipset instead of Intel which has been problematic. We'll see :iono: They're all made in China anyway.

Playing golf for the first time in years Sunday.

It's either that or a 1 year olds birthday party

Or for some of the resident geese to shit all over them and call them home.

I won't deface them. I think management missed the intent of the request from the younger crowd though. By asking for something like picnic tables, they're really saying "our lunch room is shit and we're unhappy with the office building."

Instead of spending probably $10 grand on picnic tables they should have put that towards new windows for the building, or office renovations, or something substantial.

Whatever.
