OT 13: Unholy Guacamole
Just text the property manager and said I wanted to reserve it. They’re finishing painting and replacing the carpet after the last tenants moved out last week, and it should be ready for me by the middle of the week.

Gotta be happy yourself and make the best of things. If you're not happy, best to make the move before something like kids happen. I've seen friends burn years with someone they really hated, but they had kids and felt obligated to be miserable.

I mean, that’s not big, but it’s doable for one person and in that area you probably need to jump up a lot in price to get something bigger.SAWCE wrote:Roughly 450sqft.

Thanks for the support guys. I’m glad I’m able to move quickly on this. Despite all the fighting, there was never something major that happened between michelle and I to force us to break up. It was just a matter of deciding it wasn’t worth it to keep trying. So it’s hard to see her so upset about the break up, and I want to get out of her way and let her start to heal and move on as quickly as possible. Other than the bouts of tears, and awkwardness in the house together, we’re handling things maturely and civilly. It’s nice, but also hard cause it feels like there’s hope to fix things. That’s also why I need to get out quickly though.

This isn’t bad for a quick CL find, but I’ll probably go fabric so Ava doesn’t wreck it with her nails.

Fully agreed. He made the hard but right decision. I'm going to make the easy but wrong one.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 1:51 amHeroic, decisive adult action. Unlike your Alfa purchase.

I’m proud of you, dude. I mean that. I’m super hopeful for you and think you made the right decision. I think happiness for you is going to come flooding back and you’re quickly going to feel good about a lot of things.SAWCE wrote: ↑Fri May 18, 2018 12:07 amThanks for the support guys.
