Figured I'd start a new thread for this so these posts don't get too buried in the general gym chat thread.
Between having started too light on some stuff last week, and then traveling for the Olympia and not being able to get my workout in, I decided to start DC over last night.
My six workouts will be as follows (until I stall on an exercise for too long and need to switch it out):
A1) incline smith press, dumbbell shoulder press, dip, wide-grip pulldown, deadlift.
Smith incline press: 235x 8, 3, 2. 13 reps total. Goal 11-15. Stay next week and try to get 14-15 reps.
Dumbbell Shoulder press: 55x 17, 7, 3. 27 reps total. Goal 15-30. Move up next week.
Dip: 25x 15, 5, 5. 25 reps total. Goal 15-20. Move up next week.
Pulldown: 150x 15, 5, 4. 24 reps total. Goal 15-20. Move up next week.
Deadlift: 335x9. Goal 5-8. Move up next week.
The stretching after each exercise really is the worst part.. I was setting a timer for a minute and trying to hold the weighted stretches for the entire time. The only one I couldn't hit was hanging from the pullup bar to stretch my lats after pull downs, because my grip gave out. I'll use wraps next time so I don't have to worry about that and I can fully stretch them.

Our Frenchie is full of the liquid Hershey Squirts. At first it was from her Lymphangiectasia. For the uninformed:
Lymphangiectasia is a pathologic dilation of lymph vessels. When it occurs in the intestines of dogs, and more rarely humans, it causes a disease known as "intestinal lymphangiectasia." This disease is characterized by lymphatic vessel dilation, chronic diarrhea and loss of proteins such as serum albumin and globulin.
Which basically means she can't have ANY fats because her body doesn't absorb them and her intestines just get ANGRY. So she got put on a high protein diet.
Started having solid poops once we got her diet in check, then it was back to runny a few months later. After many vet visits and trips to internal specialists (read: ) it's determined that it's likely cancer and it's basically attacking her intestines. She's been having blood in it lately, so that's exciting... And we have to invest in potty pads (literally) because of this shit. My kitchen is full of potty pads, my bedroom is full of them. She can't control it and she fucking drips.
Frenchie farts are already notorious for stinking like woah, but these runny bloody liquid diarrhea fots are fucking putrid.
Here's a little example to what I come home to
And here's it in action. Now imagine this cappuccino machine dripping randomly around your house and having a blind cat walk thru it and not even know it.
This is exactly what I expected out of this thread based on the title.

Try having these problems with a fiance that's a vet tech and sees and SMELLS this shit all the time and is almost immune to it. I'll come into my own house and nearly vomit at times and she won't even realize that the floor is being painted with shit and blood like a Steven King novel.
I bitch, but it's not like that all the time, just when the dog's kept in the kitchen during the day while we're not home and we come home to it. When we're there she's let outside constantly but she can't control it sometimes so there's some accidents.
And those accidents aren't a secret long, the smell hits you like a Prius at Nascar..... 200 Mph and you never hear it comin.

Dude who came up with the routine had DoggCrapp as his handle for various sites as he was coming up with the routine and posting about it, and the name just stuck.

I thought today was a good day. Kendra took Jersey (our Frenchie) to work so she could watch her.
She's been let outside multiple times. I was in the backyard doing some woodworking for the wedding prep. I come inside, she's by the door. Let her out, does the business. Get inside..... She left this present before I let her out.
