Default smiles on reply

Request/nitpick:
Most of the forum is SFW with NSFW topics clearly marked, which is much appreciated. When using the full editor to reply though, the default smiles on the right have a bunch of dicks. Animated dicks. The animations just lock in the eyes of any passing glances especially in an open office on a 30" monitor.
Is there a way to:
a) disable this on a per-user basis in the setting beside disabling smiles altogether? I checked settings but perhaps missed this.
b) change the defaults so that there aren't a bunch of dicks prominent on the screen for a reply?
If it's PITA, I can keep using quick reply most of the time, but you never know until you ask.

Yaaas this has actually been on my mind but in a different sense.
Is there any way to change the default smilies to the smilies more often used on the forum? Such as the wtf, nope, rage, etc.? The ones the we all use over and over instead of the pretty standard ones listed without opening the full library. But not the dick ones.
I'm working on memorizing them but would be helpful?

Can you move some of the most often used ones over to the 1st page like Sno suggested above? dat, wtf, rage, disappoint, etc. If you need room, we probably don't need

Most of them are ingrained into our muscle memory by now anyway.
