Would you choose your spouse/SO again if you had the chance?

So it seems that one or 2 fellow DFD'ers are having relationshit issues with their SO's and are maybe second guessing their current domestic situation. This lead me to the creation of this new powl.

Simply, if you had the opportunity to live your live over again, would you still choose to be with your current spouse/significant other? I expect many would say :fuckyeah: but I'm guessing there are at least a few who would be :notsure:

Who is brave enough to answer truthfully?

:triggered:

I'm pretty sure that I'm with the only woman on earth who will put up with me, so I'm going to go with :fuckyeah:

Ok look it. My wife is a :fuckyeah: woman and if I had to remain married to someone she's it. If I had to look at marriage again it's a :notsure:

Definitely :fuckyeah:

I'm very excited for the wedding in October and even with the stress of dealing with her mother, I'd do it all over again with ze lady, if needed. Definitely worth it for her.

My relationship is brand new, so of course I'm voting hell yeah. There are a few girls that cross my mind still and that I regard as ones that got away, but then I think of qualities that Michelle has that they didn't and the thoughts pass quickly.

My wife is high strung and very organized/militant. It's the only way she can survive. A mess will destroy her, therefore no mess can exist. She also thinks there's always something wrong. Toddler pulls hair, must have behavioral problems. I'm a very laid back dude and I like to get to tasks at my own pace and when I feel like it. This difference in personalities gets amplified 40x after two kids and ten years of marriage.

Pick your spouse wisely or there WILL be ragrets.
Learning good things in these threads. Ive only really dated one girl in my life and I'm pretty much learning now what most people learned when they they were 17.

Those that I've refused, were just kind of a turn off for me, and didn't seem to enjoy it personally, they turned out as meh. Except for one last April where this girl was actually from Turkey and my hometown, I did had a great time with her for a month, I was really happy cause knowing she will be there during summer and so was I, so I thought it would be someone I can still hangout while i'm there and call it a day once I come back, I knew it wasn't gonna last long since she only came here for school, so she moved back for good. But she ghosted me out of nowhere, but didn't really care that much about that, and one of my gripes about her was she was a smoker.

also her family are :waxer:

[user not found] wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2017 2:50 pm I'd certainly strongly question the whole idea of marriage in general, but if I had to get married to the woman I'm married to now... absofuckinglutely.

Now that we've set up clear soap filling roles, we're cool. :lolol:

I see so many people who are forced into having kids or driving boring cars "because my wife said so" - and my wife is 100% not like that. She enjoys the :stig: action, and enjoys watching Top Gear, too. And she can drive a :manuel: .

Full :unicorn: status.
:dat: If we ever run into an argument, it's gonna be something either A) the car that I want to have/enjoy and willing to pay more or B) get a 10 year old Camry and the like if I had to, cause there's no way I will ever get a new car that I know I won't like. Maybe if we go anywhere like roadtrips and wants a comfortable car, i'll just drive whatever the wife will have. My uncle :plac: on a yearly basis ever since he dumped the clownshoe, and the wife doesn't mind, as long as he drives hers for a roadtrip (ie crossover, duh), from Evo 8, to 996 911 C2, to Z4 M, and now CLA45 AMG.

atleast she gave you the ok on Subie. I once dated a girl when I had my mk6 back then and told me it was "really uncomfortable" :yeahok: (i only had DG springs) try riding in an Evo 8 or Z4 M and then tell me again.

It's not all rain clouds, but yeah date a lot of people and don't take it seriously for a good long while. Find the things you like/dislike in a woman and figure out how much you can tolerate because sleep deprivation and life problems will amplify them a lot.

She don't care what I drive. I wouldn't let her dictate what I buy anyway.

Wrong, going on 4 years (GF, not wifey). :fuckyeah:

Before that, I was in a relationship for 3 years until she moved to Copenhagen to go to business school.

People =/= cars and toys

I'm probably the biggest :plac: on here when it comes to cars, but that doesn't necessarily transfer to other areas of my life. The young me fucked around a lot, it's not hard to find a quick lay but something moar meaningful is rare.
