If you pay it for a vehicle (loan/lease), post it. Own only applies to those with no monthly payments.troyguitar wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2017 6:12 pm Household or personal? We've got 4 vehicles for now but only her car has a payment.

Paying off the house is pointless if you have a low IR. I have 0 interest (pun intended) in paying off my 2.82% loan.troyguitar wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2017 8:10 pmVoted none then, I gots 3 titles that say on them with no liens.SixSpeeder wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2017 6:15 pm

between the time I bought my current detached and now, my efforts to pay it off save me $7500/yr in interest payments. It's worth it, even if I could be "making" double that in the oh so honest markets with the same money.wap wrote:Great plan. Good luck seeing it through!troyguitar wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2017 8:10 pm

FiST and KTM both have loans. FiST is $183, KTM $204. I ultimately pay $250/mo on each for dat early payoff

Didn't consider bikes. All my off road toys are paid for. Kelsey pays tree fiddy for her Kia lease.Melon wrote:troyguitar wrote: ↑Fri Apr 07, 2017 8:10 pm Voted none then, I gots 3 titles that say on them with no liens.

$365 per month on the GTI that should be gone in a week.
$120 per month on the Yamaha Bolt.
So soon to be just a $120 payment that I will likely triple to pay off much sooner.

My payment is 430 plus tax for a fake sport. 0 down 0 bullshit fees and I should get $900 back on my security deposit. In 11 months
