I am constantly getting in trouble for this. I don't mean to. It's just that for some reason it's not on the front of my mind to bring up certain things. Could be something simple like taking the car in for service or maybe seeing a friends band play and I'll make the plans and just not think to bring it up.NEEK wrote:Yes I trust her guys. It's more not telling me of plans she made several days before. She can do what she wants, but just include me in your life please.

She's very independent, and it causes some issues. She's used to it because she hasn't lived with anyone in a long time. Problem is, I've mentioned this before. She also doesn't want the whole FB status change or even me tagging her. Yes, FB is silly. But it's how a lot of people keep up on your life. Just odd to me.Melon wrote:NEEK wrote:Yes I trust her guys. It's more not telling me of plans she made several days before. She can do what she wants, but just include me in your life please.

On the other hand... she'll make plans weeks and months in advance and tell me about it right away and I'll forget because I am usually just nodding my head and letting her talk without making a mental note because I immediately put what she is saying into the "doesn't really concern me" bucket.
This bites me in the ass, too.

Funny thing is she said her friend would do it Monday or Tuesday. When she told me that I said to let me know when and she said she would....Thedude wrote:I am constantly getting in trouble for this. To help fix this issue, we shared calendars with one another - and I see her calendar on my calendar.
Now, if I want to schedule something, I can see when she's free or not.
Problem is I don't look at mine
