Why would you do this instead of just getting the Recaro Speed V? While more attractive than C5 seats, they are not meaningfully more supportive. C5 and C6 stock seats suck. Every last one of them.Detroit wrote: ↑Wed Jun 05, 2019 10:39 am https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/pts/ ... 44693.html
Any bros with experience between C5 and C6 seats? Love the way these 2012+ seats look...could be a nice upgrade. My seats are fine enough, but currently a bit meh.
Obligatory C5 Thread

I'll probably just do nothing.

He said he got a new job...might be hindering his DFD ability?

Man I went to put one of my new CDs in the car this morning and it gave me Err and ejected. There was a cd playing when I started it so I don't think it's the laser, but probably the mechanism that pulls the disc in.

I'll have to see if it works later. I read this morning that some people had issues until the dash warmed up, but if not I might have to send some dollhairs your way.
I can use the aux but it just doesn't sound anywhere near as good.

I still have my OEM radio in good shape.

The thing is, aftermarket radios are so damned cheap and offer so many more features these days, it's the way to go IMO.
I ordered a Sony unit with bluetooth, aux-in, HD radio, CD player, from Crutchfield with all harnesses and adapters for under $100.
Really don't care for the way it looks, but the usability is WAY better than the old stock one.

Yea, I have no idea why companies don't make this.

All the stereo receiver guys went to the same design school as the ATS interior guys.
