Did a quick mental count. I know at least 10 people who've owned verts or targa tops around here.

No one said that... but it's kind of like saying 'why would you buy a house with windows that open in PA'? Your initial comment was dumb.

My initial comment was based on the fact that PA is not a primary convertible market. I was pointing to the cars strange history including where it was purchased.

And fuck you

You were questioning why anyone in PA would ever bother to own a convertible. I would also characterize that as...curious.

My post points to the weird history of the car. That’s the fucking point. First owner only drove it for 1200 miles … then where it was serviced and then I raise the question of said car in PA.

Yes statistically PA is not a fucking convertible market and yes I pointed that out because clearly whoever purchased that car went against the grain in multiple ways.

Why do you all have a problem with factual information?

Oh, calm down. You continually shit on most of the country, just calling your bluff. I'm not going to spend a ton of time researching this, but looks like PA is 26/50 in convertible sales per capita. Hardly seems that unusual that someone would buy a 'vert there, particularly a modern hard top sold to someone likely wealthy enough that they have multiple cars in the household.

This is why I said fuck you.

You’re inferring that I’m shitting on PA. If I wanted to, I would have specifically shat on it. I was simply pointing to the history of the car including its location. There was no shitting on PA on my part.

Just making sure I clarify that for the 3rd time.

I didn't read a lot of positive reviews about the F80 platform when it came to driving one on the track.
"The rear end feels disconnected from the rest of the car." was the most common issue.
Anyone here who has had/has one, care to offer insight?

Also the crank hub issue kinda concerned me.

The M4 'vert is pretty dope nevertheless.

Myself, I'm a slicktop sedan kinda man.

They're not all that fast at HPDE days from what I've seen, but mostly due to driver I'm sure. They are certainly highly capable.
