I notice when I was vaping that it would wreak havoc on my mouth... really nasty shit. Reoccurring bumps in the roof of my mouth, shredded/chafed skin on my cheeks
Could your tongue lump be from that? Are you able to switch to the patch and see what happens in a week or two of not smoking/vaping?

I have an MRI tomorrow and I find out on Monday if the lump is malignant or benign. If it's the latter I would say that you probably right and I will be quitting that shit poste haste, if it's the former (gulp) then it was likely my years of smoking and excessive partying catching up to me. There is a lot of irony going on in any case.... because its been 2.5 years since I smoked and 14 since I drank or drugged.

It didn't set OBDII readiness. I did clear the codes like 10 minutes before so that might be why.
