:hai: :wap: ster how's the quarantine?
Well, since I went back to work on Thursday it doesn't feel all that different. We went grocery shopping this afternoon and the shelves were stocked while people were taking care to keep their social distance.

You?
Haven't moved off the couch all day honestly. I had three people invite me to get together which I denied all three. I haven't noticed anyone really trying to keep distance. I have coworkers car pooling to McDs on lunch etc. Working b shift has also thrown me for a loop I noticed I'm only eating two meals a day. I also bought grand theft auto to play with swedish Chef and a couple other friends but it's been downloading all day and the excitement has died down just from waiting :lolol:

Wow. :disgust:
Other than grocery shopping I took a nice, 4 mile walk before it started raining and deep cleaned the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Such an exciting Saturday. :yeahok:

Did you draw that? That’s :neat: I always wanted to be able to draw, but I get too self conscious to let myself be creative.
Lol, I wish I could draw like that. Teraflex has coloring pages on their website to print out.
:nice:

I thought you drew it and was :mindblown:

Diggin' the paint scheme. Nothing :wrong: with coloring, whatever passes the time at this point. We played two board games yesterday... they would've benefited from more than two people in both cases, but it was something.

Yeah, have to pass the time somehow. We did some family MarioKart on the switch too.
I did that after :baby: went to bed so I could stay in the lines.

Just opened a chase checking account. They sent me a promotional offer of $300 if I open a checking account and set up direct deposit.

:notbad:

I already have their amazon prime card, and I’ve been using PNC since living in FL with the ‘rents, but no PNC branches in Tejas so this is a welcome promotional offer. :notbad:

We have a van pool at work that recently stopped being a thing. Whenever the 5 4-10 hour guys who van pool together walk into the operations center we say stupid shit. Dead men walking, death bus has arrived, Corona cruiser ( Bonus points because corona cruiser is a real bus in my city that picks you up and drives you around for cheap)
Its unfortunate because this just pushed the 4-10 supervisor to retire early as he doesn't want to rack up 140 miles a day on his own vehicle.

They just quarantined a plant in san Jose. 17 operators are self isolating.

This is what they're afraid of at my plants.

Doesn't look too bad, at least not while people are on lockdown. :D

37.5 miles, 44 minutes right now.

My commute right now on the most direct route is 66.1 miles, 1 hour 34 minutes.

Both via Google maps right now, assuming city center to city center.

His commute could easily be close to mine in time on a normal day though, because :fullretard: Lost Angeles, but mine could normally be about 3.25 hours home if I left the office after 2PM, but before 7PM.

Pretty sure nearly all of my employees are going to be asking to work from home more after this blows over. Too bad we're only running at about 75% of normal right now, so some people are slacking on the working remote thing. This will totally weigh in on my decision of who is allowed to work at home on a more regular basis when we come back to work.

My friend is a welder in san jose for the water department. Said they are doing some weird 7 16 hour days on, then 7 days off to reduce the headcount on the job each day, so basically 1/2 the people working but twice as long, and covering weekends.

Seems weird and very expensive to me, he said he's going to kill it on overtime while this is in place, and he's not paid chump change to begin with.

:wasteful: spending of the tax dollhairs.
