The 2wd crew cabs are 10k here and 4wd 7.3l crew cabs fetch anywhere from 15-20k. Infuriating. My fiancée wants the long bed as opposed to the chode bed. Her words not mine.
RCSB for the win :doe:

:tits: logic :doe:
We hope to start trying somentime after we are married for a :baby: so crew cab would be a must. A trailer would be sweet. Road trips would be fun. #whitetrashclass

I wish old Ram Cummins weren’t so expensive. I’d love to have one. Never had a diesel.

:iono: I logged like 90K miles in the diesel Ferd :truk: at my old job... it's not that great. Every gas pump is :disgust: , dealing with the piss tank is annoying, maintenance :waxer: ... I would never get a diesel vehicle unless I needed to tow something huge or whatever.

I still miss my first gen a bit. Needed TLC that I didn't have the motivation to follow through with.

I’d only be interested in an older one before the piss tank...I’m just intrigued by the novelty of the old Cummins 24v, would be fun to tinker with since I’ve never tinkered with diesel.

Damn! The 6.0s are literally priced half as much as the 7.3ls lol.
I'm still seeing people asked 20k+ for lifted ones.
That's because the 6.0's head gaskets give Subaru a good name.

12 valve FTW. Simple mechanical things that are fun to play with and sound :tits:

However, you could always do a 24 valve p-pump (mechanical inline pump) conversion.

Honorable mention to 03-07 5.9L common rail engines.

Just throwing this out there, but the Cummins repower program is really neat.

2.3T from the Ranger
7MT, one gear apparently labeled as crawl
2WD / 4-HI / 4-LO..... so low range plus crawler gear
Lockers front and rear
Sway bar discos on the front
Double wishbone IFS / solid axle
Article states they have pics of roof latches, so removable roof

Sway bar disconnect on IFS...that's interesting.

I love the idea of a crawler gear. It's like super low range on demand without changing the entire t-case like in a :jeep:

The current bronco leaks have been 5/7.
I want to see a mashup between a :Jeep: a bronco and a defender. 3 amazing suvs at about the same price point

Ford seems to be doing the Bronco correctly. I'm certainly going to be checking one out once the fervor dies down after initial release.

I'm okay with that. Need the kinks worked out being a brand new Ford with a brand new transmission.

I know this new Getrag is supposed to be modular with the ability to be a 5, 6, or 7 speed. I wonder if it is planned to replace the current Getrag in the Mustangs since those seem to be plagued with issues?
