I suppose, though what little feedback we have received about the price has almost universally been that the price is either "good" or "excellent".golftdibrad1 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 09, 2025 7:10 amsounds like a good idea.
I am always confused about 'feedback' on listings. I mean...did they not see the pictures? Its not the 90's when you had to literally look through MLS books and schedule showings based on 2-3 pics and a tiny description.
Makes me wonder what kind of shit my agent said to sellers when we were looking in 2020 and toured a hand full of homesbut then again, market was red hot so they prob didnt even ask.
Also, personal experience here again, a house that is priced right moves quick. If its not moving and does not have serious issues...its not priced right. Sorry for the difficulties man

Our realtor wanted to list at $640, I wanted to list at $600 to begin with, my wife and realtor had me compromise on $625. We dropped pretty quickly to $600, got another wave of interest and still now no offers. We'll be dropping it again soon, I'm sure. I was certain we'd get at least $585 for this place but that seems like a pipe dream now, even though the one right behind us just closed for $650.
