I'll have my seester deliver nudes herself

The main reason I'm doing this is to install a Weber 32/36
The stock aisan carb has a bad problem with bad idle shut off valves and mine is just worn out too much that it can't even hold a tune within proper parameters

The car will actually run better and make more power with all this crap removed
The difference is pretty large

California, New York and a couple other state cars and Canada cars all had emissions crap in them

The rest of the world did not with the exception of Australia cause they got s completely different engine

In Europe and Asia the 3TC made 90hp and 102tq at 2400rpm
All cars with emissions made 75hp and 90tq

All AC models(like mine) made about 5hp less as well

There are so many vacuum lines and switches and this and that
Everyone rips it off and enjoys a car that can work normally without having trouble breathing

With all that said, I can't turn on the car right now cause I don't have another gasket to throw the stock carb back on, but it will run significantly better.

Sister in the middle
To the left is my brother and next to him is his wife
To the right is my brother in law/sister's husband and next to him is me when I had my beard and had gained some weight

Made some minor progress on the car
Removed air pump
Cleaned stud holes outs and pre-threaded the holes with a bolt to make sure studs go in super smooth
Managed to loosen up the another bracket holding EGR lines
The crap connected to it all is still on the car. Hoses are stuck to the splitter pieces and valves n shit
Gonna just cut off the hoses since they won't be needed anyways
I also need to find a way to block off the EGR ports on the exhaust side
I can buy plugs and wait another two weeks for them to ship but I'm trying to find a way to plug up the metal pipe instead of removing it and putting plugs in the manifold.

It's always a love/hate relationship Haha

Got an update
Removed the EGR pipe
Made a flute
Cut the plug ends off and will quiksteel them shut and put them back in until proper plugs are made and shipped to me
New exhaust manifold gasket also came in
I am down to 4 vacuum lines and 1 fuel line
1 vacuum from the valve cover to the idle control
1 vacuum from valve cover to any carb port
2 vacuum advance for the dizzy. One to the manifold and one to the carb

Then one vent hose for the charcoal canister

Car will be running Thursday night hopefully

I've been MIA
Been working on the car but I've also been busy with doctor's appointments cause I had surgery today to remove two pilonidal cysts
The motion of sitting and standing hurts like a bitch
Feels like I got fucked in the ass
I walk like a penguin
4 week recovery

Anyway
Carb went in and the car is running
Two vacuum advance lines
One fuel hose
That's literally it
advanced timing from 8 degrees BTDC to around 14 degrees BTDC

Other than a weird hesitation in gear between 2k and 3k time under light throttle(people say larger idle jets fix the issue), the car is A LOT quicker

For reference, my buddies sr5 ae86 would walk past me at just about any speed if we matched gear and floored it.

Now at freeway speeds we are dead even
On the streets I slowly pull on him

Also consider his engine was rated at 20hp more than mine at factory and both cars weigh roughly the same

As of right now I got adapters in. Front adapters need to be modified a little
Rears went right on

Thanks guys, it's definitely a side effect of being a Sasquatch

it was originally three right next to each other but one of them popped. So that one was drained out and the other two were removed.

This one was definitely the most painful thing I've had to deal with

Coilovers on
KW front sleeves with KW 6kg main springs and 2kg helpers
TRD japan 6kg rear springs

Still using the KYB AGX shocks

Technotoy front rotors slotted and drilled

Weber 38 outlaw with a ported and polished intake manifold

All went on and I did my first official canyon run with the car.

It's very impressive. Very very impressive
