It's been pretty ok for me in the S4 but with the miles on this car I'd expect it to be good for a while. This car came to me fortunately since it's too old for my friends dealer to put on the lot.

Probably. There are some things I like better about how the S4 drives even with 245k more miles but I don't think it makes sense to keep that versus this essentially new car.
