Dang. I didn't know that was happening out in Joshua Tree. Sucks.

Looked the area up, and it's the Cleveland National Forest (wut) so yeah, that's why it was closed off. Bummer. But we should get more rain in a few weeks and hopefully the shutdown is over by then.
I've wheeled and camped there. A lot of fun to be had.
Yeah from the maps I found online there are quite a few good trails out there. I was just gonna do the easy one Espinosa Trail. Bronco Flats looks fun, but I'd want to go out with people who know what they're doing.

Yea, definitely go out with someone else that knows their way around. It's REALLY easy to get lost out there.

#1) Freedom top leak @ B-pillar on both sides.
#2) Radiator leak, driver side of radiator.
#3) Driver side axle seal leak.
#4) Stiff turn signal, hard to disengage once engaged.

Let's see how this goes.
mine did that so often. its SUPER weird. I dont think it was 100% of the time either, more like 75%. I legit wondered if the PO just NEVER used it before or it was a poor design.

I also never brought it to the :dillerman: :lolol:

I noticed it when I drove the 2015 we have here on the lot, back to back with mine. :iono:

Stupid complaint but valid.
Curious to see how they will handle it, their average customer doesn’t come in until the engine is falling out or overheating and someone with OCD level of over 9000, wanting things factory right will be interesting observe.

I didn’t request one - first loaner was an additional 2 weeks out.

I work at a dealer and have my own tag, it’s nbd.
So all they got to was the "water leaks" today? Estimated repair time for the other items or diagnosis ?

They'll start looking at the other items in two weeks when the seals they had to order for the water leaks show up.

Zil's Jeep is now sitting at the back of the lot collecting dust behind the taillights for a few weeks.

Sweet.

Means my warranty lasts longer. I've only got 2000 miles but a few months.

So far you went +2 over my BMW service experience.
1. You got a call
2. Parts were ordered same day

This dealer also does Lotus.

Yea this is meaningless to me since GM provides better service in Detroit apparently than Audi+BMW+MB here combined. So "brand" is irrelevant from an upper echelon perspective. Interestingly enough Lexus out here seems to be REALLY good, of course no one in my friends/family circle has one.

You get 6 feet with the seats down.

Would probably need hole covers in the JK like the JL has to be comfortable.
Dang, my wife could only get 6 inches when we put the seats down.
