Yea, the street name alone is a non-starter. I feel dumber just reading that, can't imagine living there.
bro, you dont even airboat. Some of the niceset places are down there, next to some of the most poverty.
Literally across the street was the IRL house of this guy, cocaine airstrip and all
Oh, wow.

No but seriously. When people ask what your address is and you have to say "Hoo Shoo Too" with a straight face?

its a hair above the budget id like to keep. Would have to lean on wife to pay for billz.
Down side is trailer neighbors and I think it flooded. Its also a few houses down from the most expensive mcmansion-hell houses in south LA.
Maybe some of the renos are a result of the flood. Great layout!

Ballz. I've been up for something like 40 hours cleaning/staging our
to be listed tomorrow. Got everything done but one bedroom, had to have the photographer just skip that one. They seemed to be happy with everything
so hopefully the listing looks good.

We are now in a town called Wank, then we go into Kissing, then we go to Petting, then this place, and then Wedding. It'll be a journey through life, without leaving Central Europe.

We're live and have a showing scheduled already for this afternoon. Looks like I might not be home much this weekend, maybe I need to check out the public library that I haven't been to in the 4 years we've lived here.

Looks nice! Good luck with the sale. I've always loved that configuration for houses. It would've been nice to find one like it up here.

well, rumor of origin (as it was formerly a very rough street) was it derived from Who She To? way way back. That and a "gentlemans club" for whores at the end.

We are going to go look at the house officially today.
Agent called to confirm appointment. "Theyve had 2 full ask offers submitted. They accepted one but the man lost his job so its back on market. You just cant find a shop with property for under $300k. its priced so well!"
Meanwhile, I think its $275 thing and am apparently
Ray ray seems to think you can buy it for $230k which I told him he was pretty far off and I might as well offer then $150k.

That's just how the grain of the leather looks, it photographs poorly but also never looks great.

Interesting.
Place looks good, doe. Certainly not the poverty palace I've been led to expect.
It's a nice place, but it has never looked like that while we actually lived there. I'm no minimalist or Zil-spec cleaner besides to stage things for photos. If we could find an equivalent up North then that would be cool.

I was fully expecting to see a 1980's wood console tube TV with rabbit ears and a rotary phone.
Reality of the matter is that it's a nice looking place. I like the finishing touches of crown and window mouldings.
