The brace seems to be helping, along with stretching and icing it when I get home from work. This trip I just came back from didn't help
, what with carrying/lifting luggage and bags, but it has improved to the point where shaking hands is no longer excruciatingly painful. Danke for asking.

Honestly, probably never. I seem to be healing ok without it. Unless the improvement stops...

i stopped using mine, and im symptom free at this point. So if your progress stalls, might want to look into it.
