Xterras are not as desirable as the Toyos, they had a couple of engine problems in the earlier motors, and then trans issues in the later models... I think it depressed values quite a bit, and the people that bought these new and actually cared about em have long moved on... they are piloted by the worst people at the moment... which really turns them into dust at alarming rates.

4R, JGC > Xterra for sure
They look cool tho. Epic bike and puppy haulers. Engine strong like bull.

Dude... Well it'll be 9k for the rest of eternity so why the hell does the price matter?
It's like all those assholes just literally copied all the same disclaimers.
That's a cool truck.
Wonder if the frame is swiss cheese or not.

Major money spent on that E46... wild... No mention of the rear subframe... which of course falls out in these cars.
I don't have fond mammories of the E46 gen.. and it was my dream car damn it.
That's cuz you dun fukt up, A-A-Ron and got the big dick M3. Never drive your heroes. This is just a plebe spec 328i. With a snail attached to it.
Wonder how intense the rear subframe thing is.

It is bad on the earlier cars... the more power the more likely to tear....
My m3 put down 240-250whp... this thing is probably higher than that... oh and makes it worse... as do bigger wheels.
BMW shit engineering of the 90s... I am why they built the cars to essentially fall apart at 150-200k miles. But I guess 4x the average warranty/customer cycle is good in their book.
Supercharged E46 328i. Should be about 320 to the wheels. SSR wheels. H&R suspension. StopTech big brake kit. All for $7500.
Hey @coogles I found you a bangin' dad car.
That does look sweet, but bruh I'm going to need something bigger than an E46.
As old as these are now, I definitely wouldn't want one as a daily, either. Each and every one I've driven has felt like it needs a boat load of work to bring up to standard. Even the ZHP the owner had maintained meticulously still clunked in the back and had yet another leaking strut that needed to be replaced. The list of suspension shit he replaced was a mile long.
If you can't work on the car yourself basically every weekend, run.
$11k for a 4R with a V8 and 140k miles. JBL stereo and cloth seats. Probably needs a timing belt job.
It’s a nice ride that will last forever but ... 15-6mpg May be tough to swallow
True the V6 is a better pick for empeegeez but only by 1-2. I am currently managing with 17 MPG on premium. But it's a consideration now because of how much I'm driving anymore for work 17 on premium is roughly equal to 12 on regular so this would be a considerable improvement.
