Why? An Avalanche is an odd looking bird, but has a lot of uses.

Because it's old and :plac: needs to be avoided.

ZR2 plus stupid fast brub tub. :megusta:
Dis, really.

This is my perfect stable, TBH. I really doubt that a V6 Bromaro will satisfy my desires, regardless of 1LE.

No, in a year.

The better thing to do is keep :eeyore: and replace 1SMP with ZR2 or likely something closer to 1SMP. Which is different from what I was :jimp: after yesterday.

Such torn.

It's cheaper to keep her.

Look man, I get the frustration with :eeyore: and I've had a way worse time with mine, from PenFed to the flood. But it's a great platform for building power off of and its paid for.

Hard to beat the bolded. Stay the course for now, and plan on a ZR2 when the 1SMP lease is up.

:dat:

The fun car should be the cheaper of your two cars. Sure, there's always the risk that it spontaneously ignites and burns itself to a crisp. But it's a car that's paid for, driven occasionally, and enjoyed. Carry roadside assistance on the insurance policy and :whocares:

Your daily should be something that you can rely on 100% to get to work or wherever you go.
:dat: easy to use roadside assistance on a Saturday NFG. Tuesday morning during rush hour? :nope:

Yeah. Daily should be the newer/more reliable vehicle. Weekender can be the hackjob custom kit car that doesn't run right.

I also really REALLY don't understand people that buy a "winter beater" $500 beat ass Buick Lesabre running on 3 of 4 cylinders and rusted out.

Motherfucker if there is ever a time that I don't want a car to break down it's in the middle of a fucking snowstorm on an ice covered highway. JFC.

You had a real.... interesting.... setup for a while
Weekender car was a FWD rocket that got good gas mileage
Daily / bad weather was a RWD broken pickup with an open diff

You've come a long way since the days of :povertytruck: :bravo: Bro Forks should be epic in the snow.

Man... that 91 Chevy truck. They looked so good and were a reasonable size. Shit ain't worth $11k. :disappoint:

Yea, true. I'd like to drive the "fun car" more, but I guess if the DD is semi fun (as I'd consider a ZR2 to be), it would work out fine.

Good call on the roadside assistance, I'll add it when I put the insurance back on the car.

Mine sold for $5k...same year, etc.

They're reaching "classic" status now.
