Even midsize trucks are borderline too large. Full sizers are straight up antisocial at this point.
Right?!
I mean, look at the new full sizers:
Can't park that thing in just any port.

The trd bro is a non starter I think… it’s 65k+ and it comes with a super complex fake hybrid powertrain

At first, I was like nah, cause you know, baby truck. However, I just looked at it online and honestly that price ain’t bad. That shelter green kinda fux. It’s also fuckin huge for a “Mid” size truck.
It has a 12v and a 400w outlet built into the bed. That’s fucking dope. Front and rear mechanical locks, but less than 11 inches of ground clearance? Not like you’re doing a ton of off roading, but that’s not exactly ideal.
I kinda like it. You get a lot for your money here. It lacks a little something aesthetically. I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe it’s the mirrors, maybe it’s the color of the skid plate, I don’t know. Seems off to me. But I do like it.
Even midsize trucks are borderline too large. Full sizers are straight up antisocial at this point.
The main issue with full sizers to me… you basically can’t fit it into a few parking garages and my own garage.
But you do get a crazy big interior which I would love.
The other downside, my buddy is getting 12-14 mpg in the full size baby dick engined raptor (3.5TT). The RR would get 16-18, which at first doesn’t sound like much better but
is 30% less fuel consumption which at $5 a gallon is quite a bit. And the RR runs on 87 vs 91 for the big dog

I say go for it. Just as fast as the F150 raptor but better fuel economy and IMO it looks better since it’s not a full on barge.
Not finding any reason to hate it.

Huge interior would be cool but just parking a full size anywhere would blow. They make zero sense if you don’t live on a farm.
Ranger seems plenty spacious. The
no
it’s annoying
as always.

18 MPG seems actually decent for what it is.

My lifetime average with the no
taco is 16.5.
I’m still looking for anything else that is as fun/practical/special at under 60k. I don’t think there is anything I can think of … GLC43 amg is 70k now and only comes with a shitty 4 banger.
Civic hype R is still on my mind as it’s a bucket list car for me … (weird I know) but I just don’t see usage case for myself given the current situation

My dad had to take the town hitch off of his Raptor for it to fit in his garage.

The ranger is 2” shorter than the taco.

87 around me is at or under $3.
91/93 is around $4.

I’m sad that the midsize trucks all have enormously tall bed sides. It’s so they can compare peepees on bed volume but man it makes getting things in and out of the bed so annoying. Best thing about the tiny ass old Ranger was everything was within reach.

we’re almost double
But the premium to regular gap is inexplicable to me. We’re usually 30 cents apart.

Pretty much always a buck here regardless of price. There are a few stations where 93 is only a $0.6 premium but you have to know where to look. I give few fucks throwing down one nine gallon tank per quarter
