So I texted the other two ladies on the board. Told them they are wrong; the called the meeting incorrectly according to R.S. 12:229 (C). (nb, i have not told them i hired a lawyer, playing that close till meeting time) Fluury of texting. Im sure I ruined the dub peoples sunday afternoon.
