Who said I was ONLY talking about the C4?
There's three other generations to choose from.
A decent C3 is fairly cheap. Not a great performer but, some models are a great looker.
The C1 & C2 are beautiful but, arguably out of the price range of many of us.
If someone wants to get an early C4 with the Doug-Nash 4+3, they're a real hard ass.

Yep. That purple ZR1 stickered at like $70k in 1995 and is likely worth 30k on any other site or even FB marketplacegolftdibrad1 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 15, 2025 8:40 amThat thing was STOLEN. 3x the milage here and at 25k with 5 hours to goCaleDeRoo wrote: ↑Sun Jul 13, 2025 12:07 pm Lord have mercy on my penis

Technically a C5 is also a classic based on age. There are a lot of Corvettes though, I think for a C4 to be a classic, it should be somewhat special. A purple ZR1 with 10k miles? Hell yeah.

Maybe not Barret Jackson but Mecum seems like a good place for a few Eurotrash steals. Most Mecum buyers are there for the classics and there are some Cale-Grade European cars with no reserve that kind of fly under the radar. Going to that one in Kissimmee may be the only logical reason to visit the Orlando area.

It seems impossible that this really happened. It would have had to be an estate auction where there is just a total liquidation of Boomer shit with nobody really understanding that they have there.CaleDeRoo wrote: ↑Tue Jul 15, 2025 10:15 amYep.
