Yeah, having the B&O system on my desk ruined my drive home in the ZR2 and Corvette.... but it is not without compromises, I have to have the full infotainment harness on my desk along with a MOST ring and amps. It takes up the entire rear desk in my cube.
You can just blast music in office without disturbing others ?
Remember what time I get in the office? It's just me, my oldest friend and the security guards for like 3 hours in the morning.

Oh damn it's a car stereo? Now I'm jealous. How is it set up? Custom enclosures?
Yeah, we had custom boxes made for bench testing and verification.
I want it in my car though. The Pioneer bench top stereo I have at work is pretty damn good too.

My CEO is worth $6.6B and he sits in a smaller cube than I do.
We as a company have not had offices in over 15 years.
Here's a video from during construction of building #1, #2 is almost complete now. Each is 11.5 acres of floor space.

My CEO doesn't even have a cube. You don't know how the bay works or what?
Mark Z drove a fking GTI... They don't think about money in terms of golden toilets in the Trump Tower.

I found out when I started at my current company that two people had to leave the cube I was put in. Cube size corresponds with your level here, and they were out of the higher level cubes for me, so they combined two peon ones into one for me.
Made me feel sick when I met the dudes that I displaced. I offered to switch. IDGAF where I sit. I'd sit in a corner in an engineering mockup lab if I could.

Do you guys do remote work yet... ? I mean we've been slowly transforming into that. I only go into the "real" office 3 times a week now... may lower it to 2... I still like having some face time... but it's not a requirement anymore.

Neither off my bosses "believe in working from home". Worse, if you leave before your boss, it's unofficially looked down on.
GM was the same. This ancient industry is full of olds that can't get with the times. I can't wait for it to
What's that vertical slot just to the left of the vents?
To put the key in as others have mentioned. You don't have to though.
Got it. So it's a slot on the dash to put your keyless key fob that replaced an actual key that you'd put in a slot on the dash, saving you the drudgery of turning the key 90*.
Where are these mangos?

I have a corner cube, full windows in front of me and to my left. But it is a very "open concept" office Kind of awkward when you're on the phone all of the time.
