I think Zilch just subconsciously plates beautifully these days. Presentation is worth 15 points after all.

I made some parmesan herb crusted zucchini. I needed a higher quality parm. But overall not bad. I havent used the broiler yet to really crisp the top. I will do that right before I take them to the local homeless shelter tonight.

It was super simple and cheap to make and tastes pretty good. No reason the homless should always be fed crap. Its italian night and I volunteered for a veggie side.CorvetteWaxer wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2017 1:03 pmThat's pretty fancy-pants for the homeless peoples.Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2017 11:27 am I made some parmesan herb crusted zucchini. I enjoy cooking and trying out new recipes. If I can manage to make something tasty for others thats a bonus. My wife and I eat pretty well. My friends will eat just about anything you put in front of them. So I would like to hope one of the guys that will eat tonight can enjoy the meal.Sno wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2017 2:02 pmThat's one of the coolest things I've read on the internets all day.Barnes93cb wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2017 1:05 pm

Of course. If I can afford to go out for dinner multiple nights a week I have decided that I can afford to cook for some other people every now and then too. I prefer doing something over just giving money. So I volunteer my time and money for the MDA. I cook for the homeless and help out with habitat for humanity. Its my little thing to know that I am helping those who need it.Tarspin wrote: ↑Tue Aug 22, 2017 2:19 pmBarnes93cb wrote:I made some parmesan herb crusted zucchini. I needed a higher quality parm. Egg wasn't as pretty as usual, pan was too hot and I didn't bother to wipe out the sausage drippings[user not found] wrote: ↑Sat Aug 26, 2017 8:23 amThat's some prolevel pinshit thereSno wrote:Homemade sausage, grits, a perfect egg, and chives from the back patio delivered to the sofa this morning.![]()

Also, homemade sausage is super easy and tastes 10x better than anything from a grocery store.
